@Sebastian: No problem at all to put in the repository. There are a couple of reasons why I didn't send it to the Zotero list, however. First, there are some cases where I'm not certain if the references are formatted properly, so if you give me a day or two I can generate some LaTeX files and compare the known good output to Zotero. The second reason is probably more important, I may not have time to properly support it right now.

@Elena: Did you really read the post and comments? I got to the point where I discovered many of the problems after digging through mailing lists, asking for help on forums, and popping into IRC. Yes, I didn't spell that out, but it's not like I just posted that I gave up right away, I researched all of the problems and and concluded that it wasn't worth my time anymore. Also, seriously, who comes more than TWO YEARS after a post and posts comments trying to start a flame war? Nice. :-)

Dstat allows its data to be directly written to a CSV file to be imported and used by OpenOffice, Gnumeric or Excel to create graphs.

Folks might be interested to know that apparently the failure in communication on behalf of the TSA was intentional. It appears they’re now trying to silence the individuals who posted the non-classified TSA directive in an effort to help travelers know what was going on.

@Ai: It's really designed for use on Unix systems. I suppose it might work if you had cygwin installed, but for the most part it's just not designed for windows systems. Sorry.

There is nothing related to the GPL that says they must provide an easy way to reload a modified version of the kernel onto the device. At that point you’re talking about the GPL expanding onto the hardware for a device, which would make linux a 100% non-starter for most hardware developers.
